Judith is dynamic, savvy and passionate about people and results, a team player whose strength is in managing development interventions, communication, interpersonal skills, building sustainable partnership, managing diversity, empowering others and impacting lives.

Judith holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Lancashire in United Kingdom and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Makerere University in Uganda. She is a certified Performance Technologist (CPT), a certification by the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPS) in USA. She also studied development evaluation and holds the prestigious International Program for Development Evaluation Training (IPDET) certification from Carleton University in Ottawa Canada, she is PRINCE2 – project management certified.
She has 20 years of work experience in the public sector, private sector and Economic Development sectors, Civil Society Organizations, and the UN. She has held technical and senior management positions over these last 20 years including strategic leadership roles. She provided leadership and strategic direction in Rwanda to achieve sustainable development through sound growth principles including providing strategic leadership and guidance to up to several fulltime staff, consultants, and international professionals.
Judith is a Founder member of Rwanda M&E Organization (RMEO) and served as its Leader for over a year and as a Vice President of the organization for four years. She has represented the organization in several regional professional meetings such as AfrEA in Kampala and Anglophone Evaluation Conference in Ghana.
